Our most important process is human talent. From the first contacts with people we do it transparently, we do not say that we have “competitive offers” we tell you the offer as it is, reinforcing our sense of transparency.

We understand that reaching an optimal level of productivity can take months and once we achieve it, in this fast-paced and global market, people decide to go looking for new challenges or simply want to change.

At Kualty we do not discuss whether there is a high or low turnover of staff, we know that there simply will be and that is why we establish rotating Staffing models with continuous training (Shadows) that help us reduce the impact that turnover has on projects with our clients.

The model works like a soccer team and that we explain below. The technical director knows that his starters for a match will have a performance and that approximately in the 60th minute they will begin to decline in their performance (rotation), therefore he designs from before the match who will replace these players in said minute. These replacement players in training were taught the same as the starter what to do and how to do it, even when they enter the game they know how it was developing, that is, they have all the context to give their best performance.

We have taken agility to a business level, just as we want our teams to know the different agile methodologies in software development, we take this agility to all our CORE processes in the organization.

Our story

Kualty born from a friendship, from working together, from having an affinity for doing things well and believing in common values such as transparency. After working together leading, facing projects and taking them forward, we had already talked about setting up a company but the “time” had not yet come.

One day, after a somewhat sad event for one of the partners, having a coffee in a shopping center, we simply started the company, without much planning other than the 40 years of experience added together, with the desire and attitude that has always characterized us. With a technical side and another administrative and commercial side, we decided to start building what Kualty is today.
